The Ratsschänke has been my favorite in Marburg for years! Great location, super cozy atmosphere, really great service and the food is always perfect and fresh, keep it up :-)

Very friendly service, cozy and high quality dishes! Meat tender as butter. We called spontaneously half an hour beforehand, reservation was not a problem. No card payment. Thank you, we'd love to come back.

Food is good, but the staff and the boss are not very friendly. What I have to complain about is why I can't reserve a table for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday evening. According to the staff, something will be available. I don't drive 30km to maybe get a table. One can already imagine why it is kept that way. Incredible, lousy service. We won't eat at the Ratsschänke anymore. There is good food everywhere where you can make a reservation.

The owners only seem interested in our money, not in happy guests. When we said that we just wanted to have a drink, we were asked to leave immediately. Applause applause!

Located next to a large pedestrian square, this square restaurant has a terrace with parasol and light to keep watch until 10 p.m. The service is pleasant and friendly. Orders are taken quickly and brought ... Young and dynamic waitresses always with a smile. As for the menu, local specialties and we do not get lost in huge menus 👍 the dishes are delicious with a good value for money. The missing little star is for the payment method ... Not possible with the credit card or perhaps card at all. But there is an ATM nearby ...

Anyone looking for home-style cooking in Marburg will find it here. The quality and preparation is definitely better than the rest of the average in Marburg, but also costs a little more. We recommend! The rooms are rather small, so you should try to reserve.

One of my favorite restaurants in Marburg! The best thing that can become a mushroom ➡️ wild mushroom escalope 🤩 it was delicious! We will be back!

Very tasty Prague schnitzel with ham and 2 stalks of asparagus, very generous portion! Unbeatable for 14 € !!! Super friendly service! Reservation is advised, we were lucky that a table was just available!

Very nice little restaurant with local cuisine (slightly bad Tatsch). Super delicious food - everything was very fresh. Normally, the restaurant is heavily frequented, so be sure to make a reservation. For home-style cooking our number one in Marburg. We will be back.
